Shipping charges vary. We offer multiple shipping options to customers in the United States, UPS Ground and UPS 3-Day, UPS 2-Day and UPS Next Day Air. For international customers, we offer UPS Expedited and Fedex. You will be notified of your shipping charge before confirming your order. Next day air shipments must be placed by 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time.

Warranty / Guarantee
All genuine Excelta parts are 100% guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Assembly tools are perishable and do and will wear out. No warranty is implied for misused or abused products. To return a tool for repair or replacement under warranty, contact sales@excelta.com and you will be issued an RMA number to write on the box with the returned parts.
