Our HANDI-VAC kit is a low cost pick-and-place tool that can go in everybody’s tool box. Kit includes the handpiece and the following 4 Buna-N static disappative vacuum cups and probes: 1/8" bent, 1/4" bent, 1/8" straight and 1/4" straight.
These tools are simple to operate:
1. Select a tip with a rubber vacuum cup on a probe that is slightly smaller than the part you want to pick and place. Put the probe snuggly on the tip of the HANDI-VAC tool. Make sure that there is no dust on the rubber vacuum tip.
2. Gently squeeze the HANDI-VAC bulb, place the soft suction cup squarely on the pick-and place part, then relax your squeeze. The part is now firmly gripped.
3. Move the part to where you need it and a second squeeze of the bulb releases the part.
